ENQUIRE ABOUT OUR DYNAMIC AND FUN AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES PROGRAMS.
Back problems, resulting from poor posture, are one of the big problems facing the youth of today. When your child is sitting down, do you notice that their back and shoulders are often rounded? This could lead to problems in the future.

Our children spend many hours bent over their desks whilst studying at school and at home completing homework. This generation also spend much of their time in front of computers playing games.

Without regular exercise and training to develop good core strength, a young person will start to hunch their back, the shoulders facing forwards. This will only get worse and by the age of 18 this bad posture will have created enough problems to lead to back pain.

Bad posture can also become dangerous when a young person is playing sports, applying force in the wrong direction and increasing the risk of injury.

It is vital that young people combat this bad posture and complement sports they play with regular fitness training in strength and conditioning.
